Well the resort has some amazing rooms which comes with a beautiful riverfront and others without. No matter which category you choose you can be assured of the best comfort and service.

We booked for deluxe room but to our destiny were offered an upgrade to the super deluxe room which comes with a balcony to sit out and have the amazing view- remember the riverfront I talked about in above lines.

What to do for the day ?

The best thing about resorts is that they should be a destination within themselves and this one fits into the category. There are various activities you can indulge yourself in along with your kids.

Start your morning with a walk on the beach followed by yoga for which you can even have an instructor from the resort.

• Time to get some swimming lesson’s

Yes, the resort provides you with a trainer for you don’t feel sad being not able to dive into there beautiful pool.

• Time to get yourself wet

Well you are on a beach and a holiday is incomplete without surfing and for those who don’t know how to do that, the resort’s surfing school is at your service.

You can even get some hands on Kayaking.

All these activities are conducted by the resort itself or else you can just lay down on the beach in peace for which the people are here.

Food is something which can make or break your experience and while we checked in the resort we expected it to be something so – so and heavy on pocket but when the time came to give our taste buds a new experience to our surprise the food was not only delicious come for a nominal price unlike other resorts where the prices are hyped and people on budget have to look for options at places outside.

The complimentary morning breakfast served was also so amazing with a live kitchen to serve you three different types of omelet, boiled eggs, few South Indian dishes and some new dishes out of which that I tasted was the herbs boiled potatoes.

As you enter the resort you will be welcomed by the courteous staff and till you leave they will cater you with a smiling face to make your stay hassle free.

Coming over to the tariff

Well the Riva Beach resort has capped a very justified price for their guest but there is always an option for online booking. That’s the way I grabbed a deal for the deluxe room at Rs. 2500 per night with a complimentary breakfast for two.

How to reach –

Bangalore is very well connected by rail, road and air networks. Once you reach the city you can easily hire a cab or auto to take you to the hotel.

About the hotel –

Hotel Ramada Deluxe Room

The property is in the name of Ramada one of the leaders in the hospitality industry but maintained by Orchids another renowned name in the industry.

Situated in the middle of the city the location is great but comes at the cost that you get to have no stunning views from the room.

As you enter the premises you will see the sky rising building of the hotel. The hotel has a small sitting area opposite to the reception for the guests to wait. On the right side is the way upstairs and an amazing dining area which is run by Tiger Trail a leading food chain.

Room –

The moment you open up the door you’ll see room with large mirrors on both side of the bed and opposite to it is the TV unit with an amazing mood light. The room is quite spacious with a small chair and coffee table placed next to a giant window.

Also, you get your own tea and coffee essential complimentary to enjoy a refreshing drink as per your taste.

The washroom is not too big but comes with all basic necessities and a glass partition for the shower area. All the bathing essentials are kept in along with a hair dryer.

Food-

Had the complimentary breakfast which was not up to my expectations. I had previously stayed in their another property Royal Orchid, Jaipur which had a much more lavish breakfast served with a huge variety.

Over here though the variety was not lavish but what ever they served was worth a try and some deserves to be re-ordered from the live kitchen.

My personal favorites goes to the strawberry flavored yogurt, freshly cooked masala omelette and the Masala Dosa.

Service- 

Would share an experience for a better judgement-

“Well, I asked the stationery for a pair of scissors and they said they would send in 10 mins. The guy arrived and said he needs it back in an hour as other guests were also asking and they had only one pair ( something weird). I said bring it to me at last before you sleep after catering all guests as I need to use it early in the morning before I leave and he said ok.

Now after 4 calls at the reception the guy came at 11:00 PM  with the manager and gave the scissors merely for  5 mins.

I don’t know why but that was something I didn’t liked about the service.” Maybe it was due to safety reasons for people don’t commit any sort of crime, suicide or something like that….no matter what but for me it was weird.

The service in the restaurant was without any flaws with the waiters well behaved.

Cost –

Though the rack rates don’t justify the luxury of the rooms but getting a deal through online sites like makemytrip, goibibo etc.will be a better choice to make. I got that for Rs. 1500 whereas the rack rates starts from Rs. 6000.

Secret Lover Just For Month Lifetime

So today here I am with my first book review-

The book is about the first sight love of Armaan on his first day in new school.It takes you through the 7 year long journey on how he struggles with his life just for his initially one sided love.But destiny was already written and no can change that.

What i liked about the book was true friends he had always with him and the way he expresses his love. The best thing was his never ending love which he knew is only from his side but still he was always there for her. He could just spend his whole life with here image in his mind. Armaan is a person who can bear all the pain just to see a smile on the face of his loved ones be it his family, friends or love.

The story takes you through the ups and downs with the hope to find his love and also presents a sad part which makes him go mad as he is very sensitive and blames on him for what happened with a friend of him for whom Armaan was something more than a friend.

Overall the book is a nice read and maintains the interest of the reader. The youth mostly have gone through such phase and it that as they go through the book it will take them back to their days. After reading one will have a strong believe that true love never dies and someday in future now or later you will find your’s. Just don’t loose hope and always be their fighting for what you need.
